Delivery Expectations
When we deliver your flowers, our team ensures each arrangement is handled with care from start to finish. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the order in a safe and secure location by the front door, preferably in a shaded area when possible to protect the flowers.
Once your delivery has been completed, we will send you a text message and a photo of the delivered arrangement to the phone number provided in your order so you can confirm it has arrived. You will receive a delivery notification regardless of whether someone is present at the time of drop-off.

If weather conditions or the delivery location make it unsafe to leave fresh flowers outdoors, we'll use our best judgment to protect the arrangement whenever possible. This may include placing it in a more sheltered location or contacting the recipient if additional instructions are needed.
