Substitution Policy

When substitutions are required, our designers will select flowers or containers of equal or greater value that complement the original design while preserving its overall beauty, quality, and presentation. Our goal is always to create an arrangement you'll be proud to send and delighted to receive.
Delivery Expectations
Every arrangement is hand-designed and hand-delivered with care from our studio to its final destination. If no one is available to receive your flowers, we'll leave the arrangement in a safe, secure location near the front door, preferably in a shaded area whenever possible to help protect its freshness.
Once your delivery is complete, we'll send a text message along with a photo of the delivered arrangement to the phone number provided with your order. This allows you to confirm exactly where your flowers were placed and gives you peace of mind that your gift has arrived safely.
If weather conditions or the delivery location make it unsafe to leave fresh flowers outdoors, we'll use our best judgment to protect the arrangement whenever possible. This may include placing it in a more sheltered location or contacting the recipient if additional instructions are needed.
